Black Gamay with clear juice


 Area of Production

Traditional Beaujolais winemaking. Grapes harvested exclusively by hand. Whole bunches loaded in fermentation tank, without being stemmed crushed. Fermentation for 5 to 6 days with pumping over twice a day for good extraction of color and gamay aromas. Pressing, end of alcoholic fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation.


 

Tasting characteristics

Bright red color, fresh aromas of small red berries, (cherries, raspberries, redcurrants . . . ), lively and easy to drink.
Served slightly chilled, it goes well with a simple meal or buffet .It can also be enjoyed on its own for any friendly occasion.
