Our domain is located in Vauxrenard. It includes 8 hectares in production on steep south-east facing hills. Our domain was first created in 1810 (at the time of Napoleon) by the ancestors of the actual owner.
Terra Vitis : This organic wine is produced following a strict policy that allows the use of curative products only when really necessary.
Winemaking : Grapes harvested only by hand. Whole bunches loaded in fermentation tank, no de-stemming, no crushing. Short fermentation, lasting 3 to 4 days.
