Some 39 villages, located in the middle of Beaujolais region, produce wine classified "Beaujolais-Villages".

Winemaking
 :
Traditional Beaujolais winemaking. Grapes harvested exclusively by hand. Whole bunches loaded in fermentation tank, without being stemmed crushed. Fermentation for 7 to 8 days with pumping over twice a day for good extraction of color and gamay aromas. Pressing, end of alcoholic fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation.

Tasting characteristics

This attractive, cherry-colored wine with its bouquets of strawberries and blackcurrants is smooth and well-balanced.
Beaujolais-Villages goes well with a wide variety of dishes. Serve chilled (12-13°C) with poultry and cold meat.
