 Area of Production

Harvesting only by hand. The grapes in whole bunches are dispatched toward the tanks for fermentation, without destemming or crushing. Short fermentation of 4 to 5 days, which brings out the typical youthful and fresh character of Beaujolais Nouveau.

 

 
Tasting characteristics

Cherry color with purple tints. Raspberry and lemony flavor, round and well balanced.
Serve chilled at 12-13°C, with cold cuts, white or red meat cooked on the grill. As it is an easy and versatile wine, it goes with lots of foods, even fish.
