Grape Variety

Black Gamay with clear juice

 Area of Production

We use grapes from our oldest vines. Harvested exclusively by hand. Whole bunches put in tanks without crushing or destalking.
Fermentation lasts 5 to 6 days which brings out the typical character of Beaujolais Nouveau.
No filtration before bottling in order to preserve the natural character of the wine.

Be advised : the deposit you will find at the bottom of the bottle is normal and perfectly natural.
Soil : 10 hectares (25 acres) of clay and limestone soil

Tasting characteristics

Cherry color with purple tints. Raspberry and lemony flavor, round and well balanced. More concentrated than his little brother, the Beaujolais Nouveau.
Serve chilled at 12-13°C, with cold cuts, white or red meat cooked on the grill. As it is an easy and versatile wine, it goes with lots of foods, even fish.
