Area of Production

Our domain is located in Emeringes. It includes 10 hectares in production at relatively high altitude of 350 m and above. Our domain exists as such for the past 20 years but it was build by the Mathieu family over the last two centuries.
Terra Vitis : This organic wine is produced following a strict policy that allows the use of curative products only when really necessary.

Winemaking : Grapes harvested only by hand. Whole bunches loaded in fermentation tank, no de-stemming, no crushing. Short fermentation, lasting 4 to 5 days, which gives Beaujolais- Villages Nouveau its typical tasting characteristics.
