In every part of Burgundy, from the North (Auxerrois) to the South (Mâconnais), including Côte d’Or and Côte Chalonnaise.

Tasting characteristics

Pale gold colour with green hints - Fresh aromas of grape and lemon - Lively and refreshing on the palate, quite refined.
Served chilled (10 to 13° C), it is excellent as an apéritif, on its own or flavoured with crème de cassis (the authentic and famous « kir »).
It also goes vey well with seafood.
