Tasting characteristics

Medium color intensity, hints of purple when young and ruby–orange red after few years. A large and various number of different aromas, which is typical of Pinot Noir.
Its structure, supple without too much tannins, allows to appreciate it young. Serve at 12_13 °C with charcuterie (cold cut), cold meat and red meat with sauce.
