 Area of Production

3,5 hectares (9 acres) at 400 meters. Chiroubles is the highest in altitude of the Beaujolais Crus and nestles in a granite amphitheater. Chiroubles Domaine Dépré located up to Fleurie and Morgon Crus on Chiroubles district (commune).
Soil  : Granite and porphyry


Tasting characteristics

Supple and elegant, it is a striking red color while the nose combines scents of peonies, lily of the valley and violets.
Serve slightly chilled (13° C) with cold meats, sliced sausage, chicken, white meats and hors d’œuvres.
