Tasting characteristics

Dark red colour. Typical nose of berry fruit (cherries, black currants) and a touch of spice. Full of fruit, well rounded, with light tanins.
Can be enjoyed young and also kept a few years.
Best when served slightly chilled (15°-16°C) with grilled red meat and cold buffets.
