Southern Burgundy.
Winemaking : Machine harvesting. Slow pressing. Closely watched vinification and blending. After that, the wine is bottled for the second fermentation and stored for at least 9 months . The traditional « champagne » method is used to obtain a fine sparkling wine.

 

Tasting characteristics

Pale gold, tiny bubbles, fresh, clean and lively on the palate.Best served chilled (6 to 8°C) but not ice cold, it makes an excellent « aperitif » on its own or mixed with cassis or raspberry liquor.
It is the perfect drink for all festive occasions, at a very reasonable price.
