Chardonnay (80 %) and Pinot Noir (20 %)

Southern Burgundy.
Winemaking : Hand picked grapes. Slow pressing. Closely watched vinification and blending.
After the approval of the INAO Tasting Committee, the wine is bottled for the second fermentation and stored for at least 9 months . The traditional « champagne » method is used to obtain a fine sparkling wine.
A second check-up tasting by the INAO is required before it can be called « Crémant de Bourgogne ».

Tasting characteristics

Pale gold, tiny bubbles, fresh, clean and lively on the palate. Best served chilled (6 to 8°C) but not ice cold, it makes an excellent « aperitif » on its own or mixed with cassis or raspberry liquor.
It is the perfect drink for all festive occasions, at a very reasonable price.
