Village of Fleurie, hamlet of "Vivier", in the Cru Beaujolais area
4 hectares (10 acres) of clay and sand on a granite base
Grapes harvested only by hand. Whole bunches loaded in fermentation tank. Prolonged maceration, to give extra color and body to the wine, also more longevity.

Tasting characteristics

A beautiful bouquet of floral and fruit aromas (iris, violet, peach, small red fruits, such as raspberries, cherries, red currants ...)
An elegant wine, which lingers in the mouth. Receives awards regularly in tasting competitions.
It can be enjoyed young and kept for 3 to 4 years. Our Domaine H. Vial is truly « the Queen » of Cru Beaujolais wine.
