The Beaujolais-Villages are produced in some forty different villages located in the region between the Cru Beaujolais to the North and the Beaujolais « tout court » to the South. This wine is produced in the village of Le Perréon on 7 hectares (17 acres) Soil : granite and clay
History  : The Hospices Civils de Lyon (Hospital) have been bequeathed parcels of vineyards by generous donors. The income of this property from the wines produced is used to improve the living conditions of the patients at the hospital.

Starting with the 1994 harvest, Collin-Bourisset is the exclusive distributor of this Beaujolais-Villages.


Tasting characteristics

Beautiful ruby color, complex aromas of red fruit and spices. Smooth, with elegant fruit and good balance.
Typically delicious Beaujolais-Villages, with a touch of class.
Served slightly chilled (around 15° C), it goes well with many dishes, including cold cuts, terrines , grilled red meats.
