Black Gamay with clear juice

2 hectares (5 acres) in the village of Juliénas, in the northern part of the Beaujolais
Exposure  : East and Southeast
Soil : Granite base and schist - some clay

Tasting characteristics

Deep ruby color. Very fragrant bouquet of small red fruits (black currant, strawberry) and peaches. A full, round wine, with intense fruit which can be enjoyed young. It can also be kept several years.
Serve at 15°C, with red meats, coq au vin.
