Languedoc, near the Mediterranean Coast Schist and limestone soil.
Winemaking : grapes are picked before being overripe, to keep some necessary acidity. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at carefully controlled temperatures.

Tasting characteristics

Beautiful dark red color. Typical Merlot aromas, without any vegetal hints. Full and fruity, with soft tannins.
Very pleasant to drink young, it will keep up to one year. Served at 16 to 18°C, it goes well with red meats.
