Languedoc (near the Mediteranean coast )grapes harvested by machine, crushed and juice extracted for fermentation at carefully controlled cool temperatures (18-22°c) to preserve true varietal character and elegant fruit structure of the Sauvignon grape.
Ready to drink young - Keeps well 1 to 2 years.



Tasting characteristics

Light gold color, fresh lime, and box tree even menthol bouquet, typically Sauvignon. Aromatic and freshness impression, supple and round in mouth. Good length.
