Pays d’Oc, near the Mediterranean Coast (area of Beziers) Sedimentary soil. Winemaking   : A successful combination of regional traditions and modern techniques : destemming of the grapes, fermentation at carefully controlled temperatures.

Tasting characteristics

Bright red color, typical Syrah aromas (blackcurrant, venison,mint).very pleasant to drink young with tannins that allow some aging.
Served slightly chilled (15 to 18°C), it goes well with red meats and cheeses.
