Louis Bourisset

Louis Bourisset is a Gamay Noir grown on rich and varied terroirs in Beaujolais, combining sandy-granitic soils (Le Perréon village) and clay-chalk soils (Les Pierres Dorées region).

They are Protected Designations of origin (AOP) with genuine territorial identity thanks to their soils landscapes and terroirs. Louis Bourisset is a vintage wine and has a purple-red colour typical of Gamay Noir. It is a fleshy, spiy wine with a certain strenght but full of fruit too. It has personality and tells a true story: created by Maison Collin Bourisset, this wine is the legacy passed on by one of its founders, Louis Bourisset. As a tribute to this pioneer, the wine bears his name.
